Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide bank details for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and your order details.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
